MonoChat 3.8.37, released on 28 October 2026, brings a redesigned flow builder and new ways to start a flow.
- Webhooks. A flow can start from a request to its own URL. An online store can send its new orders to a flow, which then asks the customer on WhatsApp to confirm.
- Lead ads. A flow can start when someone fills a Facebook or Instagram lead ads form: useful for property launches, clinics and schools that advertise with Meta.
- HTTP requests and flow variables. A flow can call your own system and use the answer in later messages and conditions.
- Payment requests. A flow can send a payment request with its own message text.
- Working hours and A/B tests. A “within working hours” condition and a random split node.
- WhatsApp Flow designer. Build WhatsApp Flows on screens, from templates for appointments, leads, surveys, sign-ups, feedback and delivery addresses.
